- Why iDateAsia fights against fraud?
(a). iDateAsia pays the services, for example, translating and forwarding the EMF Mails etc., which are offered by the affiliate agencies in mainland Thailand which are required to impose strict measures in order to ensure the service quality are of highest standard. Breaches of these standards, especially through acts involving fraudulent, unethical and other dishonest behavior, are not only costly, but they tend to erode the public's trust and confidence in the integrity of iDateAsia.com.
(b). Quality service is the key to iDateAsia's success. So we put efforts on fighting against all dishonest behavior of the affiliated agencies or their staff which violates our measures and procedures and lead to any harm to our reputation as well as the confidence of our clients.
So, we urge you to report any suspicious cases or unsatisfying services.

- What should I do if I suspect any dishonest act or have experienced unsatisfying service?
In that case, please file a complaint immediately. We will put your complaint to our top priority and carry out prompt investigation. Normally, result will come out within 3 working days.

- What will iDateAsia do after receiving my complaint?
Once iDateAsia receive your complaint, we will thoroughly review and evaluate it, and then carry out immediate investigation in the appropriate means based the specific situation.
Normally, we would forward your complaint to that agency, and require them to give us a reasonable and concrete explanation or related evidence. If it is not sufficient to convince iDateAsia and our male customer, we would make a direct telephone contact with that lady related, so as to find out the truth. For certain cases, we would contact the lady directly without informing the agency of your complaint.
- What will iDateAsia do if the case is proved to be misconduct?
Allegations that are investigated and deemed substantiated are necessarily indicative of misconduct case. Then, affiliated agencies determined to have participated in fraudulent, unethical or dishonest acts will be subject to disciplinary action in accordance with any applicable mutual agreements, and iDateAsia.com internal policies, established procedures and rules.
If the agency fails to give iDateAsia a reasonable explanation and to prevent the same case from happening again in the future, then iDateAsia may consider terminating cooperation with it and remove all the lady profiles it has submitted.
For severe fraudulence, criminal, civil and/or other administrative actions may be taken against agencies which are found to have participated in unlawful acts.
As for our client, we would express our heartfelt apology. Besides, we will return your credits used involved in that particular case or refund your money according to the refund policy.
