How do I refine my match criteria? |

Log in to iDateAsia.com and go to Match Criteria. Specify your match preferences and click on the save button.
On iDateAsia.com, you may change the following preferences:
1) Age range of a woman
2) Whether she has children
3) Education level
4) Marital Status
Once you complete your match preferences, women who match your criteria will be displayed on the My Matches page.
Once you have completed the registration on our site, you have already made the first step in seeking your potential mate. You should then make sure your settings are correct and ready for attracting the ladies. | |

How do I receive or cancel email notifications? |

To change email notificaton preferences, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your account;
2. Go to Email Preferences;
3. You will be directed to a page showing your preferences for email notifications. Click the link corresponding to different types of notifications you want to receive;
4. Make your choices to enable or disable the notices you want.
To prevent mail from being delivered to your junk mail box, we suggest you white-list our email addresses service@idateasia.com and service@idateasia.net. | |

How can I hide or unhide my profile? |

If you choose to hide your profile, it will be invisible to agencies and ladies, and you will not receive any Admirer Mail. But you can still contact your favorite ladies via EMF Mail or other services.

I have canceled my membership. Can I reactivate it? |

Yes, you can. You can use your old member ID / login email and password to reactivate your account on our login page even if you have canceled your membership. | |

How do I stop receiving messages from a specific member? |
| |
Go to your Block List and add her profile ID, then you will never receive any mail from her. If she tries to contact you in the future, she will see a note saying that you have blocked messages from her and she cannot contact you. Remember, only you can remove the block once it's in place.
If you feel another member has behaved in a threatening or abusive manner then you can report them to Customer Care, all such issues are kept confidential. | |
