To protect your privacy we use highly secure order processing services provided by a third-party billing company. This means your credit card information is entered using a secure server, and transferred internally using PGP, the most powerful encryption available. Your customer details are never sold or made available to anyone else and your card details are only known by our order processors.

 3. What if I have concerns about the deduction of my credits?
 
If you believed that your credits has been wrongly deducted, please check your Credit History to review your Credit Deduction Records. If still you have concerns after checking your records, please contact Customer Care for further assistance.
 
 
 4. When will credits be added to my account if I pay online?
 
Under normal conditions, credits will be added to your account on a real time basis if you choose the online payment options such as credit cards.

In the unlikely case of communication trouble between our server and the order processor, credits may not be added immediately. If you encounter this problem, please contact us.

If you place an eCheque/eCheck order through PayPal, the time to get it cleared will depend on the settlement between your bank and the Order Processor. We will update your credits once your eCheque/eCheck is cleared. For PayPal eCheque, bank processing time varies according to the buyer's country:

Australia 5-7 working days
Canada 6-8 working days
France 8-10 working days
Netherlands 4-6 working days
Spain 14-16 working days
United Kingdom 7-9 working days
 
 
 
 5. How will my payment appear on my credit card statement?
 
Orders placed on our site will be processed by third-party order processors like WingHang.com, AsiaPay.com and PayPal.com.

When you make a payment online successfully through the processors mentioned above, order processors automatically send out the transaction confirmation email stating your order number and purchase amount. Orders appear on your statement as "QPID NETWORK."
 
 
 
 6. I am having technical problems with my payment. Any solutions?

 7. Do you accept U.S. Dollars only?
 
Prices listed on our site are in U.S. Dollars, but we also accept payment in other currencies in via the following payment options:

1. When you pay us online with your credit card or PayPal account, our order processor will make the real time conversion based on the current exchange rate.

2. If you pay offline via check or money order, we advise you to convert our prices (which are in U.S. dollars) into the equivalent dollar amount in your local currency.

3. For Western Union payment, please inform the Western Union staff that the beneficiary will be accepting USD on the other end, so they can help to exchange your currency into U.S. dollars.

4. For bank wire transfer, we only accept payment in U.S. dollars. You are suggested to convert your payment into U.S. dollars before you make the transfer to our bank account.
 
 
 
 8. If I choose offline payment, how long will it take to get my credits added?
 
Credits will be added to your account manually only upon receipt of your payment confirmation if you choose the offline payment option. It may take longer for you to get the credits added than online payment.

For Western Union, MoneyGram or bank transfer, credits will be added only upon receipt of your payment confirmation.

If you place an order by check or international money order, time to get it cleared will depend on the settlement between banks in different countries. This may require a month or longer to process your order.
 
 
 
 9. What is the price of credit? Can I enjoy any discount?

There are different purchasing options for you. The more you purchase at one time, the more you save for each credit. We may also offer promotions from time to time, so check back often.
 
 
 
 10. Will my credits expire? How is the validity date calculated?
 
According to the Terms of Use, Credit can be used for 180 days from the date of purchase. Credit older than 180 days in the account will expire.

The validity date is calculated based on the date of last purchase. For each new purchase, ChnLove will reset the expiry time to 180 days for all Credits. For example, you have 3 credits that will expire in 20 days. If you purchase another 10 credits, then your new total of 13 credits will be active for another 180 days.
 
 
 
 11. Where can I check my Credit ordering and spending history?
 
Go to the History page found in the Credits link at the top of the page. You will find a table listing all the recent credit use history and purchasing records for your account.
 
 
 
 12. What payment options do you accept when purchasing credit?
 
You can purchase Qpid Credits both online and offline.
