What is Love Call and how do I make a call? |

Love Call is a telephone service which let's you talk to your favorite lady easily. You can connect directly or in a 3-way call with the help of a translator. You can schedule a call in advance or connect instantly. To learn more about this service and make a call, please click here. | |

When should I call the lady? |
| |
To make sure that the translator and the lady are well-prepared for the call, you are strongly recommended to make an appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
Make sure you know the time difference between your country and hers. You are strongly recommended to state clearly the exact time of the call in your invitation mail.

How do I make an instant call? |
| |
i. Log in to your account and go to the Profile Search section, then click on "Instant Call Ladies" in the left hand menu.
ii. Click on the "Call Now" button.
iii. Then you will be given a Love Call ID. Follow the dialing instructions to make a call.
Note:
- The free translation service requirement is stated by the lady herself based on her English level and is her choice.
- Your call validity period starts once the Love Call ID is given and will last 30 minutes. | |

Any advice on making a successful Love Call? |
| |
Before using our Love Call service, you are highly recommended to read through the following tips:
1) Invitation
- Fix the date and time with your lady at least 1 day prior to the scheduled call time.
- Choose a time suitable for both of you and pay attention to the time difference. Use the time conversion tool.
2) Accepting your Love Call request
- After fixing the date and time, you will receive a Love Call request. You need to accept the call request at least one hour before the scheduled time. Only after you accept the request can you use Love Call to contact your lady. Find and manage your Call Requests.
- Go through the information and ensure it is correct, such as the date and time, your time zone, if DST (Daylight Savings Time) is applicable, etc.
3) Collecting necessary information
- After accepting the call, you will find the necessary information, such as the Love Call ID, in your Scheduled Calls folder. Mark down the Love Call ID and the scheduled call time.
- Mark down the call center number. You will need to dial your country's international call prefix before entering our call center number. For example, if you make an international call from U.S. or Canada, you will need to dial 011 852 3726 0808.
4) Making final preparations for the call
- Double check that you have enough credits in your account. You need at least 3 credits in your account to make a call. We suggest you purchase more credits in order to enjoy a smooth Love Call with your special lady. Please take into consideration credits may be deducted for other messages received during the call.
- Make sure your phone can make international calls. If you are not sure about this, please contact your phone service provider to double check. If you prefer using Skype, please make sure it is installed properly.
- In case you happen to be unavailable at the call time, you may inform your lady via EMF Mail or leave a short message for the translator to arrange another time. | |

How do I pay for the call? Calling Fees |

You must use Credits to pay for Love Call.
I. Instant Calls
- Reservation fee: none.
- Translation fee: none.
- Airtime charge: 1 Qpid Credit per minute.
II. Scheduled Calls
- Reservation fee: 1 Qpid Credit.
- Translation fee: none.

Where can I find my Love Call ID? |

Click on Love Call -> Instant Calls to find your Love Call ID for instant calls.
Click on Love Call -> Scheduled Calls to find your Love Call ID for scheduled calls. | |

Why is my Love Call ID invalid? |
| |
The system will automatically generate an eight-digit Love Call ID after you have confirmed the Love Call request. This ID is unique - each scheduled call has a different Love Call ID - and needs to be entered in order to connect to the lady. After you confirm a Love Call request, go to the Scheduled Calls page and you will see the eight-digit Love Call ID.
Possible reasons for your Love Call ID's being invalid include:
-The ID entered is not within the valid call period (from 1 hour before the schedule call time to 1 hour after the scheduled call time);
-Too many attempts to enter the ID have been made;
-The pound key (#) was not pressed after entering the ID;
-The ID was not entered within 25 seconds; The ID entered is not for the scheduled call;
-The ID entered is incorrect.

I didn’t place the call on time. Can I call again? (What is the valid calling period?) |
| |
You can make repeated calls during the valid calling period. The valid calling period starts 1 hour before the scheduled call time and lasts for 2 hours.
If you did not make the call and the valid calling period has already expired, then you will need to schedule a new call. | |

I have my Love Call ID, what are the Dialing Instructions? |
| |
i. Dial our operation center number on +852 3726 0808.
ii. Follow the instructions and enter the Love Call ID.
iii. You will be connected to the lady directly or in a three-way conference call with a translator depending on your choice. | |
