How do I know that my gift or flowers have been delivered and received? |
| | You can check the status of your order under Gifts & Flowers > Delivery Tracking > Delivery Status. Since the Delivery Status is updated manually, you are also advised to confirm with the lady that she has received the item(s) during your communication via EMF Mail, Live Chat or Love Call. | |

I want to choose the delivery date. How do I do this? |
| | Gifts and flowers are usually delivered within 2 to 5 days from the order date. If you would like your gift or flowers to be delivered on a particular date, please order at least 7 days in advance and specify the date in the "Additional Instructions" section when placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate specific date deliveries, but cannot guarantee delivery on a particular date. | |

I made a mistake with my order! What should I do? |
| | Duplicate orders are usually spotted immediately and you would be notified of this promptly. If you sent an item to the wrong lady, wish to amend your order (for example, the number of flowers you wish to send) or have any other issues with your order, please Contact Us as soon as possible. We should be able to amend your order if it has not yet been dispatched. | |

If there's no "Send Gifts" button on a lady's profile, can I still send her a gift? |
| | No. If a lady does not have a "Send Gift" button on her profile, it may be because she lives in a remote area and no gift delivery service can reach that area, or because she does not wish to receive gifts. In this case, you cannot send her gifts through our Gifts and Flowers service. | |
